XR Elite Electric Scooter

The scooter never arrived. I tried to contact them multiple times and they refused to refund my money. UPS had even paid out for the lost package to them. I finally learned that the BBB has hundreds of complaints about their service. It wasn’t until affirm and the BBB reached out to them that they claimed they had been trying to refund the money but couldn’t because of the dispute. Granted, this was over a month in of calling and emailing several times per week. They are terrible. Stear clear.

It's a good ride. nothing special but a ton of fun.

I have trouble folding it sometimes but it works great to take from bus to bus/to train or the last little mile of your commutes.

Good thing to give a teen/kid to get started on but needs a bit more power especially if you are 220lbs+

Very happy with the purchase. I was concerned initially, because I bought directly through the website and the tracking didn’t populate right away. Was delivered in about two weeks. Great battery life easy to operate.
