This company is AWESOME. our sons e-bike gave out about a month after we purchased it for him. We’re not sure what happened to it. I emailed GOTRAX & within a few days I got a prepaid label for shipping to return the bike to them & then within one wk we got a brand new bike. I recommend this company to everyone.
