My son uses this scooter to get around his college campus and surrounding neighborhoods, he LOVES it!
I bought this scooter to get around race tracks. Some of them are SO spread out, it's exhausting to get from one area to another. I used it for the first time last weekend-- and WOW, I should have done this sooner!!! Honestly, I was afraid I would fall off & die, or I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it. It's SO easy to assemble and use. I used it for nearly 6 hours off & on (not sure how many miles) and the battery held up great. HIGHLY recommend!
I had an issue that was quickly and fairly resolved by the customer service rep, Chou Wei. Chou was proactive about reaching out to fix the problem and quick to make everything right. The scooter itself had been phenomenal!
