F1 Folding Electric Bike 2.0

Im happy that I can ride most of the time using pedal assist 5 with 20mph top speed while doing deliveries and the 48v battery gives me a lot of range to do that for 3-4 hours a day and still have 2-3 battery bars left and thats impressive!! The seat is comfortable and has shock absorbers in it and you can actually feel the pedaling on pedal assist 4 but on 5 you ghost pedal. Only thing i dont like is the twist throttle not responding sometimes and doesnt want to go for a short moment and the display glitches out and then it goes when you twist again and it kinda sucks but still for $500 its a good deal and im satisfied with my purchase.

The bike appears to work great after assembly today, however there is a small tear in the seat, inch and a half scratch on the frame, missing bolt for the display, and broken front reflector.

I told my e-bike out to the state park and I really enjoyed riding it. The speed is just enough for me and I really enjoyed riding the peddling and when the e-bike kicks in with support. Green is my favorite color so I went with that color and was very thankful all the accessories came with it. After two of my friends run it they purchase them one. White and a Black - we looking forward to to riding together at the next camping trip. I recommend the Go Trax e-bike. Go for it.

Love this F1 V2 bike. Perfect for me.. Light enough I can carry it upstairs to my apartment, and folds compact enough to fit in my car. I previously had a little Jetson bike that was fun while I had it, but this GoTrax has a much longer range, greater speed, plus all the extras are terrific. Cool display, brake lights, folding pedals, 5 PAS levels, rear view mirrors and lock.... And it carries my 200 lbs no problem, even accelerates up some of the moderate hills and ramps around here in Dallas. Love it. (photo here with added water bottle holder)

I live in a small town on Tampa Bay in Florida called Safety Harbor. I have a quiet life a modest sports car, street legal golf cart, paddle board and now a F1 Go Trax E Bike. I did my research this bike is awesome! Meant for road travel not very confident with even light off-road much over 10 mph... but it takes me everywhere around town, maintains speed up the hills, very responsive I use the throttle only it's like a little mini motorcycle...also gets lots of positive comments it's a game changer it takes me where the other toys can't LOL... Don't hesitate plus you don't need the big version the F1's got everything you could need for casual e-biking... But you would need the larger version if you were going to be commuting to work etc but either way join the E BIKE LIFE!

Its ben good so far the only issue i have is thay it takes a while to build and the instructions are kinda confusing but other wise i great choice.

Terrible! Gotrax has been nothing but rude and horrible customer service. We bought this bike a week ago. It arrived with a ripped seat and now the bike is throwing an error code 21 and 24 being a week old. Gotrax isn’t willing to take the bike back. They want to send us parts that will take 2-3 weeks to come and for us to replace those parts. They have been nothing but rude and actually hung up on my husband. I have bought two scooters from this company and now a bike. I will never purchase from them again.

Horrible product horrible experience will be returning

I disliked that i ordered the wrong bike before looking after i placed the wrong order.

The left handbrake was snapped when I opened the package, completely ruined the unboxing experience.

This was shipped with missing parts. Instead of using competency to ship me the missing parts, I need to ship it back. I am responsible for paying for them to ship the incomplete product to me and responsible for shipping back if I want a refund for their mistake. I feel silly for thinking the five star reviews were legit. Yucky business…

Good and easy to carry around

TLDR: get this ebike! I love it. It is light and nimble. I have another "high end" ebike and comparing it to the gotrax I can't justify the much higher price of the "high end" bike. The gotrax F1 works perfectly for my needs. The bike is cheap in price but not in quality. Looks to me like gotrax found the best mid range components and still kept the price low range. Small things like the brake levers, handles, clamps, display feel very premium. The 350W motor is more than enough for me and I can get 30 miles per charge on throttle only. If I pedal a bit I can easily get the advertised distance.

The GoTrax F1 2.0 is a great bike. A friend has basically the same bike from Lectric, but it cost $400 more. Literally looks and feels like the exact same frame, seat, handlebar, tires, etc, but at almost half the cost. Customer service has been stellar. It was so easy to put together as it came mostly assembled. We have ridden over the Kemah bridge which is a tall, 5% grade bridge and it performed great, hitting it's top end 20mph even on the uphill. It is light, folds easily, and feels very comfortable. My wife and I are loving these and highly recommend GoTrax!

I’ve been really happy with my purchase so far. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and convenient to store, which makes it perfect for city use. The ride is smooth and the battery life has been solid — definitely a great value for the price.

Bought 2 bikes for my boys and they love them! They are 8 and 10. The bikes are super well made for the price. My boys will be able to grow into them which is great. I would buy another one for myself in a heartbeat.

This was my first ebike, and it was as a great experience overall. A couple of items arrive damaged and customer service responded rapidly to send replacement parts. Gotrax provided better customer service than a larger more well know brand, which was the second ebike i bought. When the F1 v2 went on sale recently, i bought another, because what a great deal! As far as suggestions, an app for the bike would be awesome. Also, I would love to see longer range options, or longer range batteries standard. I would like to see more powerful motors on the folding bikes, or at least options for more powerful motors. Also, i would like to see more bmx step over options. I like the F3 specs, but i want an F3 in the step over style. Personally, i find the step over bmx style to be way cooler and brings back a sense of nostalgia. All these step through options may be convenient, but you need some younger and cooler designs.

The bike we ordered is very easy to put together and has great features. Initially when it came in there were a few damages to the bike but I filled out the claim form and they sent me a new bike. I highly recommend this company

I bought one for me and my son but it seems like one goes faster than the other I guess I have to write an email and let them know Just haven't got around to it I had a defect on the first one and they sent a new one right away so at least they are consistent with communication overall I'm enjoying it and so is my son

The bike is great. Battery life last long. I’m giving it 4 stars based on customer service. It took weeks for the bike to be shipped and after several phone calls I wasn’t able to get any information regarding my order. The bike did come with a damaged seat and mirror but they are currently shipping me replacements….I hope!

Whole lot of fun for a very nice price. Half the cost of my other ebikes, worth every penny.
