We have had this bike for a year now and keep it indoors for charging answer the colder months my 10-year-old son loves this thing. He wishes that there was something just slightly upgraded meaning slightly taller and slightly faster maybe 20 mph.. But this is fun for him

Purchased this for my 6 year old girls bday as an upgrade to her razor mx125. It was a little tall but she got the hang of it after a couple of tries and loves it! Very well made and the battery seems to last forever. Brake lever is a little too far out for her hands but she’s learning to use it. Overall very happy and it holds enough weight to where we can both ride it together when I first started showing her how to use it. Worth every penny!

Never got any shipping info when the bike was ordered. Broke after a month. Been waiting on warranty parts ever since. Its a fun bike when it worked. Customer service isnt really a thing for this company if you need info about your order or warranty work.
Very disappointed with the GoTrax Fitz16. My son barely rode it around our neighborhood before the inner tube suddenly popped. It took 1–2 weeks to receive the replacement, and installing it was another hassle, causing him to miss out on riding it for his birthday.
Now the bike has developed a squeaking noise, and customer service’s solution was to take it to a bike shop at my own expense. For a brand-new bike that was only lightly used, this is unacceptable. It feels like the company assumes it’s user error instead of standing behind its product.
I expected much better quality and customer support and unfortunately cannot recommend this bike based on my experience.

This sets a very high standard for any electric bicycle our family might buy in the future.
For an eight-year-old child, this car is difficult to move once it is parked.
At present, the officially claimed 16-mile range seems reasonable when driving at moderate speeds.
My child says that using the rotary gear selector while riding a bike feels natural and fun.
The bracket works, but it feels a bit unstable on the very loose soil in my backyard.
When my ten-year-old rides a bike, it looks like the size of the frame and wheels is a perfect match.
My 10 year old is obsessed. Rides it first thing when he gets home from school until it’s dark out!
Our gravel path used to be off-limits, but now they can happily ride their bikes back and forth.
