We recently received this scooter and it has been fantastic! From the get-go, it's been an absolute joy to use. The design is sleek, and it's incredibly easy to handle, making it a perfect fit for our daily needs.
Initially, we did encounter an issue with the battery not holding its charge. However, the customer service experience we had was outstanding. Upon contacting them, they immediately and graciously agreed to replace the battery free of charge. The responsiveness and hassle-free service were truly impressive.
Since the battery replacement, the scooter has been working flawlessly. It's become an indispensable part of our daily routine, especially for getting to school. The reliability and ease of use make it a joy to ride every day. Not only does it save time, but it also adds a bit of fun to our morning and afternoon commutes.

I love my gotrax scooter! I’ve used it all semester for riding around campus and commuting to the train station. I’ve seen them all over campus and always get excited when I see another pink one. Recently one of my parts snapped off, but the gotrax customer service team was quick to assist and send me a replacement free of charge!
We bought this scooter for our daughter her sophomore year of college to make it easier getting around campus and to and from her apartment. She used this solidly for over 3 years with absolutely no issues! Very reliable. We finally have to replace the front tire tube (flat) now but this is after almost 4 years of riding it! If you are looking for a solid campus scooter this is it! I would buy it again.
I bought this scooter to get around race tracks. Some of them are SO spread out, it's exhausting to get from one area to another. I used it for the first time last weekend-- and WOW, I should have done this sooner!!! Honestly, I was afraid I would fall off & die, or I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it. It's SO easy to assemble and use. I used it for nearly 6 hours off & on (not sure how many miles) and the battery held up great. HIGHLY recommend!
