XR Elite Electric Scooter

I've been using this scooter for quite a while now. It's perfect for summer and any sunny day really. Charges in about 4 hours, and lasts a while, all depending on your route, hills and etc. can make it spend more battery. I'm really happy with it, and definitely recommend. They have an amazing customer service as well, You will get prompt responses and they will work hard to resolve the issue. Kayla from Gotrax Support Team was really helpful in solving my issue, i've had a problem with rear wheel and they resolved the issue, sent replacement within the week!

I bought this scooter almost three years ago, never had an issue!
it charges quickly, lasts quite long, and takes me soaring through the streets.
It can sometimes struggle when going steep, but other than that i recommend to everyone!
I love the scooter, because it has place for 2 people, and gets me to places quickly!
If your skeptical about the purchase, don't hesitate, you wont regret it!

I purchased the XR Elite as a second one for my wife,as I already owned a scooter.The solid performance was the deciding factor in buying another one.A totally reliable product.

The speed adjustment feature is awesome.Riders of all skill levels can use it comfortably.Another customization option I like is the adjustable headlight.You can't go wrong with that.

This scooter is good,performs as expected,is very useful for short commutes,and is easy to maneuver.I would like a little more speed.Nonetheless,it is still a satisfactory product.

The scooter performs well on flat roads but struggles on slightly steep slopes.I wish it had more power on sloped roads.

I'm really impressed with the design and portability of the GOTRAX XR Elite.It's sturdy and powerful,but surprisingly lightweight and easy to transport,I've come across other scooters in the past that were a hassle to carry,but this one is truly a gem.

But I want to give a special shout out to the customer service team.They were very helpful when we had issues.The warranty coverage is great too.I feel relieved knowing I am protected.

I was worried about maintenance,it's not that hard at all.Just keep it charged and clean.Just wipe it down once in a while to keep it in great shape.

It appears that I purchased a defective product.Less than a week into use,I started having issues with the battery and the LED screen.The customer service was not as helpful as I thought it would be.

The GOTRAX XR Elite is a bit pricey,but it's worth the investment.Fast charging,and excellent fuel economy are worth the money.For someone like me who commutes every day,it's a real bargain.

Was really surprised by the versatility of the GOTRAX scooter.Whether I was running errands or commuting to get off work,this scooter performed brilliantly and met my every need with maximum efficiency.

Safety is my main concern and GOTRAX meets that requirement.We like the rear disc brake system and ABS system which provide maximum safety.The 26-foot lighting in the headlight is also a great safety feature for nighttime visibility.

I have used the GOTRAX XR on both urban and suburban roads and it handles both with ease.I love the versatility and compatibility of this scooter.

After 1 monh of use the headlights were full of water and not working. The customer service don't answer the emails that we've sent them! Don't buy it! Choose another brand that respect their customers!
