Never received the package.
Irem was damaged and merchant refuses to replace or refund. Horrible experience. Definitely wouod not recommend to anyone

I recently purchased a new battery and handle assembly for my scooter, along with a new charger, hoping to resolve charging issues. Unfortunately, the battery still only charges to two bars. After contacting support, I was advised to replace the entire scooter, which seems absurd. A new battery, charger, and handlebar assembly should fix the problem—if it doesn’t, it strongly suggests the battery I was sold is defective. I feel nickel-and-dimed, as I’ve invested in multiple parts with no improvement. This experience has been frustrating, and I’m disappointed with the product quality and support. I’d caution others against purchasing these components until the issue is addressed.

We bought a Go Pro Plus scooter for our grandson and he never felt comfortable with it so it was ridden once for 5 minutes and then it sat for 4 months. When going to sell it to a buyer the battery failed. It was returned to us and we had to buy another battery just to resale it. A loss for us.

We had an issue with the battery. However,they did send a replacement.
My scooter was acting up but when I changed the battery it got back to normal and actually goes a little faster.
the scooter had some black stuff on it and it’s the most chinese name i’ve ever seen but still nice. I’m using it as a battery to provide power to a gokart for lights and stuff and it’s working really nice.
