When I contacted GOTRAX customer thought will be a hard time because I purchased 2 GOTRAX scooter and battery was faulty. My first contact with Honey was asking me for proof of issues and quick response. She is excellent and professional, the follow-up is accurate day by day. Today I received the new order to replace my 2 scooters. No hesitate to purchase products with GOTRAX, additional quality products the customer service is more than excellent is fully satisfactory. After received the scooter s my g-kids enjoyed them. Light, Bluetooth music.

There needs to be more details about this product. I called the customer service line and they can’t even tell me anything about this scooter, not even the max speed. That’s important when I’m looking to buy this for my 6 year old.
