Comet Electric Scooter for Kids

I ordered an electric scooter for my daughter for Christmas. We ordered more than a week before the websites quoted date for shipping by Christmas. Sure enough, item did not arrive until after Christmas. Even worse, it was the wrong item! Literally on the first use, the kickstand broke. I have multiple emails to the company that have been not responded to. The responses they have sent have made no sense, saying I can send back the product and pay more for the one I originally ordered. Well, that was the one I already paid for! They sent me the wrong one! Most recent email has not been responded to and the responses are unprofessional and rude. Completely unacceptable, would never deal with them again.

We like that this scooter focuses on safety,with a dual brake system and anti-slip silicone pads.The bright lights also help with visibility.I feel safe letting my son ride it.

Even after a few weeks of use,the GOTRAX Comet Scooter still runs like new.The battery life is great and the brakes are as responsive as ever.This is the best gift I've given my kids this year.
