D1RT Electric Mountain Bike

This bike is very high quality build for the money, a little heavy but that’s expected for this style of bike. It’s solid and rides well now. Everything worked fine out of the box but the front tire was way off center, about 3/4” off center. Had to buy a spoke key and adjust it myself, after Gotrax sent me a how-to video. (The customer service was INSTANT by the way, good job!) That being said, I would think that the tires would be properly tuned before being shipped. If I weren’t handy, I would’ve had to have somebody adjust it for me which would cost somewhere between $30 - $40 near where I live. That was the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 but I am NOT sorry that I bought this bike!

I was not able to get to the max of 30 miles while on assist level 3 but I am still vary happy with the quality, been riding 3 hours minimum a day since I got over 3 weeks ago and have not had a single issue

Easy to use and powerful,the D1RT is the perfect companion.The LED display is clear and gives you all the information you need while riding.Charging is also easy.

Overall performance is adequate,but battery life is so-so.In my experience,it didn't reach the advertised 30 miles on a single charge,especially over rough terrain.But maybe that's just how I use it.

Have been using the D1RT bike for the past few months and I can safely say that its quality is top notch.It shows no signs of wear even with rough use and is very durable.The aluminum alloy material increases durability.

Compared to my old Trek e-bike,the GOTRAX D1RT offers the same or better performance for a much lower price.It's powerful and feature-rich.Your hard-earned money will be put to good use here.

My favorite thing about this bike is the torque sensor.This is a really great feature because it adjusts based on how hard you pedal.I didn't know I needed this feature until now.

The bike is very good,but I had a few issues with the customer service.They were polite and helpful to a certain extent,but the process of fixing the minor issues was not as quick as I would have liked.Fortunately,the performance and quality of the bike made up for this minor inconvenience.

When I ordered this e-bike,my main concern was comfort.The D1RT has proven to be excellent in this regard.The adjustable front suspension combined with the smooth-riding 27.5-Inch off-road tires make for an extremely comfortable ride.This bike knows how to make your ride smooth and comfortable.

The battery life is very good,and you can travel about 25-30 miles without recharging.I think the charging process is a bit too long.
