The customer service provided by Gotrax is significantly less responsive than that of Lectric. Email inquiries often experience delays of several days for an initial response, with subsequent replies also requiring a similar timeframe. While the product itself offers reasonable value for its price point, the company would benefit greatly from a substantial improvement in its customer service operations.

Breaks are already squeaking

Folding it up is very difficult for lightweight individuals like me and the keyhole is on the bottom of the bike rather than the top for ease of access for electronic locking. Other than that, it pedals really good and can go faster than advertised (24.8mph)

With strong support, the indicators will drop rapidly, and then recover after a period of time, which may be confusing.

Anything larger than a backpack will push the frame and transport equipment to their limits.

If the weather forecast isn't very optimistic, I can still ride my bike. If it really starts pouring rain, I can quickly fold up my bicycle.

Compared to monthly parking fees and public transport cards, this bicycle feels like a wise investment.
