bike unresponsive - new battery solved problem

new battery replacement for my 4 year old battery brought my bike back to life. the EBE2 bike was a design that i liked and did not want to replace it. the battery did the trick and was reasonably priced and arrived in 3 days

Worst Customer Service Ever

I’d give this company less than 1 star if I could. You can’t reach anyone in tech service except for email, and that is cryptic at best. The EBE 2 battery has been unavailable for over 4 months. So now I have a useless e-bike.
