Eclipse Ultra Electric Scooter

This is a great scooter for commuting. I like to use it in campgrounds to get around the park. Solid scooter. I’m about 215lbs in gear and in sport mode, it reaches 20mph quickly. I also ordered the GX3 but it’s a little harder to pack for camping and the extra power is wasted going around campgrounds. I thought I would sell the Eclipse after I got the GX3, but I can’t let it go. It’s a keeper. They both are.

We’ve had this scooter for a year. My son uses it on the golf course to get around since he isn’t old enough to drive a cart yet. It’s perfect for him! We had an error code pop up on the screen after he dropped the handle bars one day and it wouldn’t work. I emailed customer service and they immediately knew what to do and sent over a part which was was easy to fix. Thank you Lydia for being an awesome customer service rep! You made a stressful situation so much better!

This scooter oldies everything you need it to. The cruise control setting is good when the roads are clear and just speed on by. The wheels are very sturdy and goes over bumps and cracks easily. The handle bar has great control when turning left or right.

This is my second GOTRAX scooter, and I love it. It is the perfect commuter scooter. I highly recommend this scooter, as well as GOTRAX! RIDE ON EVERYONE!!!

My scooter arrived in a compact and well-packaged box.The easy to understand instructions were helpful.I was up and running in less than 20 minutes.The packaging was sturdy enough to protect the scooter from damage during shipping.

The scooter works great but the assembly instructions should be clearer.A little difficult to set up at first.

Can't stress enough how eco-friendly and efficient this Gotrax scooter is for me.Switching from my car to this scooter for my daily commute has significantly reduced my carbon footprint.You'll save a ton on gas bills,so it's cost-effective.

Whether riding in the sun,rain or in the dark,this scooter keeps me protected.The IPX4 waterproof rating means you don't have to worry about a little rain.The LED lights also improve nighttime visibility.I enjoy a worry-free commute.

Safety is a big concern for me and this scooter eliminates that concern with features like the wire lock and reactive taillight.The electromagnetic front brake is very effective.I felt completely safe even while driving at night.

Eclipse scooter has been amazing! coming up on a year and I've put over 400 miles on it with no issues!! Couple of flat tires, but other then that it's been flawless! will defiantly purchase another one in the future!!

The safety features of the scooter are definitely worth mentioning.The electric password lock increases safety when parking.The front LED headlight and red taillight greatly improve nighttime driving safety.

It is surprisingly easy to master and get used to,it handles very well and has a smooth ride.The folding mechanism is also simple and can be folded with one hand in just a few seconds.

It’s really good the first 3 months then the battery dies pretty fast after 100+ miles. I had this for about 6 months, still works okay but you would have to fully charge it to get good speed, oh and remember when you ride it on S mode, even if you have full battery, you still need to cool down the motor and it gets kinda annoying to wait for 20-30 mins to ride again and that’s why I gave it 3-5 stars.
