F2 Foldable Electric Bike 2.0

This bike is more than I expected its like going to by a watch and leaving with a Rolex! I modified the speed and it goes way to fast! The parts are high end, top quality! I really enjoy riding it the only bummer is having to pass everybody when the trail is not wide enough for everyone.

I had a jetson foldable bike before this purchased from Costco. this gotrax f2 foldable is so much better. I use it to ride around my cross country courses at horse trials and the wide tires along with its power, make it easy to go up and down the grass hills. The options of manual pedaling, pedal assist and strictly electric, make this a very versatile bike. It is easy to operate and the battery lasts a long time. I highly recommend and it folds up to fit in the back of my prius.

Very good quality. Good battery life. Comes with accessories that are needed. Easy to put together. Nice top speed. The head light should have been brighter and the key placement can be at a better spot. The bell could have been more loud or advanced. There is a yellow paint mark on the go trax logo.

I wanted till I had over 40 miles on the bike first off I was ripped off by a fake website gotrax went out of there way to get the website took down and help me get my money back the next day I placed my order 5 days later the bike came it was well packed and easy to assemble customer support is top-notch and I highly recommend Gotrax products. When we go camping, we traditionally take our golf carts. But that requires two trips. So we all got these go track F2 E bikes. I just did my first 10 miles and this thing is so fun to ride. With pedal assist or throttle only. And it’s late enough I can pick it up (even with my recent back injury) and throw it in the bed of my truck or up onto a rack on the back of the RV. So excited to be back outside and exercising. Let’s go Trax!

Initially I felt highly skeptical about the bike as a whole due to the fact the break Pads were rubbing up against the disc brakes.
After taking it to a nearby bike shop, they got the bike working great!

I'm glad I didn't jump to conclusions. Even more so that I learned that the State of California and other counties are offering significant rebates to those who meet criteria for brand new ebikes.

So far it has proven immensely useful travelling to areas I would not dare going to with how steep they were for a manual bike.

It is a good quality bike for sure, it’s not perfect but it’s good. It won’t go 25mph it goes 20mph. And the bike now after 50 miles has a paint stain maybe from the heat of the battery? Overall I would recommend it

I just got the F2 Foldable Electric Bike 2.0 and i could not be happier! The unboxing and assembly were both super easy. There weren’t many parts that required assembly so it went by quickly. It rides smoothly and has good speed. Highly recommend.

Received an f2 which came with a **** missing, scrape on the bike, and fluid leaking out of the brake caliper. (Onto my hardwood floors) I called company they has fill out information and send pictures and videos, which I did promptly. I was told I would have a decision in 1-2 business days on what they would do. I emailed them after 5 business days for an update, they haven't responded. I've tried calling, you wait for the music to play and they never answer, so I finally left a voicemail. Still haven't heard back from them. It has been 10 business days and nothing. This is my wife's birthday present and I still have the huge box in my house taking up space waiting to hear something. Very disappointed in the customer service.

If you want a great EBIKE by this one. I am 66 and can easily ride it in pedal assist. Goes pretty fast, almost could be a small motorcycle for you bigger guys. Definitely buy one. Beautiful, full of all kinds of extras. Just need to get a basket. WEAR A HELMET! Go

I’ve haven’t rode a bike in 20+ years, but was looking for something to commute 3 miles each way to work. I found the Gotrax F2V2 and decided to try it at the price. I haven’t been disappointed. It was packaged very well and only took about 10-15 minutes to finish assembly. I live in central PA and in the two weeks I’ve had the bike I’ve rode to work 6 of the 8 days I was scheduled to work. I’m in trades and I’m able to carry everything I need for 12 hour shifts without feeling limited. The pedal assist is nice once you get used to it. The additional accessories are a great addition. The mirrors are a must if you drive on the road and the pack under the seat is nice to carry some tools and additional items. While the lock was a nice gesture it lacks practical use and very limited security. The display is easy to read and the throttle is just a simple half twist. You can ride the bike without using the motor or pedal assist. I’ve enjoyed some nice February days off and have rode around the area for enjoyment and haven’t been disappointed. As for the battery holding a charge it seems great for what I’m doing. If I just ride to work I can go at least 2 days without charging, would be better but I have to use the lights most days to and from work. Hopefully that gets better when daylight savings time comes around. All in all this bike handles really well whether on roads, sidewalks or gravel trails and the seat has been comfortable enough for me. I’ve added an additional headlight as the one that comes with it isn’t bright enough for riding before sunrise or after sunset. Being able to fold the bike to transport or store was a big deal to me as I live in an apartment and have a car. Haven’t tried to put it in trunk yet but seems like it should fit. Great bike to commute back and forth to work or just enjoy and explore.

Really happy with this Gotrax bike! It looks great, feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and was easy to put together. Great quality for the price. Definitely recommend!

Thinks feel a little different than expected.
Shipping was not great, product had a few scratches and was given to me upside down..
The avalable range for biking with the assist modes dont get me as far as i hoped.

Over all still happy with the purchase and for the price i cant overly complain, their is more that could be said but, it does quite well at being a bike and getting me where i need with decent comfort and ability.

Could come with a basket, i had to buy three til i got the one that fit like i wanted and now that ive gotten use to it i wish it could go faster but overall it's great

Liked everything its a nice solid bike

This ebike is really fun to ride, as a 5'4 woman it was a challenge putting the front wheel on but flipping the bike helped a lot. I wish the pedals were different my shoes keep slipping off, the seat is ok but its not as comfortable as i would like. The speed its pretty good but i dont use it as im just feeling out the bike first. The head/brake lights work fine as well.

Very disappointing experience. The bike arrived with a damaged front tire, and the model I received was a lower-spec version than the one advertised. It came with a black-and-white display and mechanical disc brakes instead of the advertised features.

Customer service was extremely slow. It took over a week to respond, they asked for countless photos, and then claimed those features were never offered—even though they were advertised when I placed my order.

After about 12 phone calls, it still took nearly three months to receive a replacement front tire.

The bike is heavy, the quality is disappointing, and the customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this company or buy from them again.

The bike it self is Great. AMAZING. the company and customer services 0/10. I would Not recommend because of that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Damage on frame and missing scruees

I bought a F2v2 as a Christmas gift for my son. once opened and assembled, it would not turn on. I contacted customer service and they were prompt with a response. I did the troubleshooting steps, and a new battery was sent my way. This was over the holidays, but once received, charged and installed, the bike still did not turn on. I called customer service again, wanting to speak with someone and was informed that the warrant team only responds via email in 1 - 2 business days. more emails exchanged, and at this point, I'm very frustrated that my kids' gift still does not work. I requested a replacement bike or a refund. This model is out of stock and after some very pointed emails, they agreed to issue a refund but I'm responsible for the freight from the east coast to Texas. So, I'm delivered a faulty product (from the factory), I do troubleshoot, I swap a part but I'm several hundred dollars out of pocket to get a refund? Disgusted, I accepted "the next part" that will allegedly fix the issue. shocker, after swapping motor controllers, it still doesn't turn on. Another email and of course, I'm waiting my 1 -2 business days, to find out what part I'm getting next. I've had the bike 2 months, and we gave it to my son 5 weeks ago. he has yet to be able to ride it.

If you are looking for an ebike, steer clear of this product and company.
