G3 MAX Long Range eScooter

Ordered on aug 21st for my sons 15th
bday on the 30th of august. Recieved it on the 28th. The brakes started locking up and the scooter just beeps. Ive emailed this website 3 times. No response. Would not recommend.

Only one use so far, cannont complain. My first E scooter and the thing rips so far. The front end lifts a little when i full throttle it.

La patineta no funciona!
Se supone que es nuevo. Mi amigo me dijo que es buena marca, pero cuando yo lo compre nuevo he intento arrancar la patineta, no acelera.

Muy mala.

The product came with a broken light. Called go trak and they were the rudest people ive ever spoken to in my life. When you spend that much money on a scooter and it ha aa broken light and they say they can send you a replacement light but you need to fix it yourself, then proceeds to say “my 8yr old nephew can fix the light i’m pretty sure you can.” Thats not how you treat a customer.

My package was opened and severely damaged. I paid in full $425 and added the shipping protection. The package was still severely damaged. I would like an explanation at least..

Box came somewhat damaged but the scooter was perfect condition lets see how it works on the road now!

Just the max speed and no suspension is anoying

Extremely loud- I messaged support with a video and they told me that its “supposed to sound that way” requested a refund and they want me to foot the cost to ship the scooter back to them and charge a 30% restocking fee. Stay away from Gotrax!

Returning item for a bike

Love this scooter already, it shipped less than a week. It rides smooth and i like the cruise control feature.The handle bars kind of sting my knuckles with the vibrations, so im gonna either try grip tape or buy new handles.

Update: The grip tape worked great, and I no longer feel pain in my knuckles while riding. Unfortunately, the factory tire tubes seem to be cheaply made. I had to repair the front tire shortly after buying the scooter, and now, only two weeks later, I’m dealing with a rear tire repair, which is much more complicated.

This has been frustrating, especially considering I’ve owned the scooter for less than a month. So far, I’ve spent over $100 on tools, an air pump, and replacement tubes just to keep it running. It also would’ve been helpful if Gotrax included a more detailed repair manual for maintenance and tire changes.

If Gotrax support is unable to help resolve these issues, I’d honestly prefer a refund at this point.

Our family rides these every day. Never had any problems bought 2 and about teady to be 2 more lol

The scooter is great. Haven’t had any issues. I put 30 miles on it already in four days. The tires handle bumps and small potholes very well. The scooter has great torque, it goes the full speed up a steep hill. The battery life is amazing. I will definitely purchase more GoTrax products in the future.

The grips are uncomfortable. The motor is very loud

Came in less than a week, I had bought it for a short commute in my popular city it is a little bit on the heavier side but not bad if you double hand it (especially if you’re going upstairs) boyfriend and I went riding yesterday and had fun it inspired him to get his own ev. He wishes it was faster but its perfect for my comfortablity & its tall ppl friendly btw (6’1) and i ride extremely comfortable.

Its very heavy and sweet…. I like it and cant wait to ride it

Very nice scooter, easy setup. Rear wheel drive so its easy uphill. Somewhat loud, not like an engine but you can hear the motor for sure. Overall great scooter and great distance

The support team was highly responsive and resolved the issue without delay. I use this product for work and their timely support was a great benefit

Scooter powered on when we received it. Charged scooter and after that would not turn power on. Customer service is very slow to resolve the problem.
