Had to adjust brakes as they were squeaking out of box. As per instructions, make sure to tighten everything before riding. Overall, good product.

We received our scooter on Monday evening and by Friday night the scooter started with an error 004.

However, Gotrax customer service was excellent in getting the issue resolved and sending us a shipping label to return and correct the issue.

My teenage son and I love this scooter.Despite their different weights and skill levels,both can be ridden comfortably and confidently.Really caters to a wide range of user groups.

This was my first experience with an electric scooter and I was very impressed.And excellent speed.I'm not a professional rider,but the G7 definitely made me feel like one.

The GOTRAX G7 offers a truly amazing user experience.From the ease of assembly to the smoothness of the ride,I am very happy with everything.The powerful motor allows you to go up hills with ease.

DO NOT BUY from this company - they don't respond to emails, their phone line never goes through, and send products that don't work and refuse to refund. I had to submit claims with my bank and the better business bytes and now have to wait a month before my bank refunds me (and will no longer allow people to buy with them). Avoid this headache and buy from another company!

The scooter itself is nice but a little difficult to assemble.Arrived 95% assembled but the rest was not as easy as described and took some time to figure out.

The battery life isn't as long as promised.Yes,it's long,but if you're driving at full speed,it won't last that long.I'll be honest.

I use the G7 not only for commuting but also for driving pleasure around town.In either case,I think the performance will be satisfactory.The top speed is more than enough for commuting,and the shock-absorbing tires provide a smooth ride even on bumpy city streets.
