Fast, great communication, packaged really well.

I've had it for about a week and put 50 miles on it already. It is very fun, but wouldnt recommend it for smaller kids, probably at least 16. The reason I say that is because it really goes 28, if you hit a bump the handles want to come out of your hands, that being said the suspension is great can hit speed bumps going 10-15 mph no problem.

I ordered this on a Tuesday and received it that Friday. Great packaging great product faster than I expected and absolutely sturdy and fun to ride. Do yourself a favor and buy one.

Don't get me wrong, I love Gotrax products. I have an gmax ultra that I've had for 5 years, very dependable. I've recently purchased a Gotrax flex, happy with that. The GX Zero dual motor doesn't seem to size up. Not near the mileage that it's said to be. It is a very nice scooter, ya just can't use the 2nd and 3rd gears the mileage leaves one stranded. Thank you for your products and commitment.

I was upgraded to a newer model due to stocking, but the display was heavily scratch and the switch was damaged. Customer service saved the day, it took 2 days for the response and 1-2 weeks to receive the parts. My only issue is that, there should have been a QA inspection before shipping and now I have to install it myself!

Have had the scooter for 9 months, hundreds of miles on it, super fun and fast. need to replace the tires, one has a hole, but can't get a replacement, real bummer it's a 1k paperweight now

I was out of town and staying with a friend that had a couple of these scooter. After a long day of drinking and golf, I purchased 7 of them. I guess I figured my friends at home would also love them. Even though my wife was not thrilled a few days later when 7 large boxes were delivered to the house, but after a couple scoots around the neighborhood she is also an advocate. We love them, and so do my friends. A few of my friends that I didn’t order for, have purchased some since. Lots of fun, fast, and easy to drive!

Runs great just a little jerky like there is a throttle issue but nothing to serious.

This is my 3rd scooter …by far the best , very well built , sturdy , quick !

When it first came I opened it up and the front tire was a little low so I pumped it back up to 35 psi and put it on charge for the night to use the next day, next day comes and the front tire was flat again, not sure how to fix because I didn't even ride it yet.

I like that it has dual motors. Still is heavily effected by wind and hills.

He absolutely loves the scooter. Within a few days the back tire went flat, probably a slow leak. I understand that may not be the manufacturers fault however the replacement tires are often sold out. I'd say that is the biggest downer as this is his only transportation to school.

Order & delivery - smooth transaction, order shipped within 48 hours, delivered within 3 days from TX to NJ (on a sunday!). I was somewhat concerned due to online reviews about issues with delivery, thank you gotrax, no issues here. Packaged well and no damage.

Scooter Assembly - piece of cake, 4 screws to mount the handle bar & quick connector cable and 4 screws to mount rear fender with taillight (plug & play cable connector). only thing I had to do was switch the brake lever cables to make right lever control the front brake and left lever control the rear brake. Brakes a bit squeaky but easy to adjust (watch a tutorial on YouTube).

Initial Impressions - For $799+tax, there is no better deal. This is a dual motor scooter, quality build, worked straight out of the box with no issues. Only thing I had to do was charge the battery and put some air in the tires. 2 year warranty, US based company, this is a win. Excellent scooter for a beginner even for older folks, the low speed setting makes it easy for anyone to learn to ride. As expected battery life is not amazing, again for the price it's not a deal breaker. The battery is the most expensive component. If you want better range and battery life, then you will need to pay a lot more. For me, it's good enough. Always use protective gear, safety first.

Great scooter tons of power. Has a problem with the back tire going flat and if you want to get a lot of range you need to use one motor on gear 1. For the price range it's worth it to me.

The scooter performs as claimed. The dual wheel drive it nice and makes a big difference in riding on and off pavement. Plenty of power for hills. Things to consider vs. some other GOTRAX scooter is no way to electric code lock the scooter since there is no app available for this model. VERY unfortunate since the code lock instructions are in the owner's manual, but I was told it's not available (yet?). Also, there is not a built in cable lock either like some of the other models. These shortcomings are an inconvenience for me. Otherwise a good scooter.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my son, FedEx delivered my scooter to the wrong house and did nothing to try and locate it or get it back to me. Luckily I had purchased Route protection that was offered. After going back and forth for a couple weeks, I finally got one delivered after Christmas. I would suggest with such an expensive gift it should need to be signed for at delivery time. The scooter its self is great and we love it!
