Porter Electric Cargo Bike

This is my first electric bike and I have to say it is easier to use than I thought.The removable battery is an added bonus.Now you have the freedom to travel long distances without having to worry about traffic or parking.

Have owned the Porter for 4 months now and use it daily.Despite the wind,rain and rough roads,this bike has proven to be a reliable workhorse.I am very happy with the performance of this bike.

The shipping was surprisingly fast,but I think the packaging could be better.There are some scratches on the frame,probably caused during shipping.Although it does not affect the operation,I think it is better to handle it with more care.

While the overall shopping experience with GOTRAX was great,the product itself was a little disappointing.It's advertised as being able to handle up to 330 pounds,but even with that little weight it flexed quite a bit.I thought it would be more durable.

The bike itself was great but the wait time for it was way longer than what was told 3-5 days turned into almost 4 weeks
