Vibe Electric Kick Scooter for Teens

I purchased this electric scooter for my 9 yr old grandson, after six months it stopped working. Lydia in customer service work closely with us, shipping a few new parts. Turned out battery was defective. Lydia was so helpful and patient. Scooter is up and running…. My grandson is thrilled. She sent a small gift for our trouble. Lydia was very kind, professional and responded quickly. Her customer service was 2nd to none. Thank you Lydia!

I just received it and it was nothing (30 seconds) to put it together, all good so far, amazing product, beautiful looks and great performance. Hopefully it will last long !!

My 7 year old daughter loves her Vibe scooter that she got for Christmas. A couple times after using, an error popped up and the GoTrax support team immediately responded and replaced the console to get it fully operational again. Sidereal on the GoTrax team went the extra mile and is extremely helpful!

This company sent me the wrong scooter and refused a full refund or to send the correct scooter even though it was their mistake. This is theft.

I ordered the Vibe Electric Kick Scooter for Teens for my son for Christmas. The scooter that arrived at my house was a child scooter with weight limit of 120 lbs, NOT the teen scooter with a higher weight capacity. The child scooter cannot be safely used by my son. I have submitted multiple e-mails and left multiple voice mails requesting an exchange or refund. All of my communications have gone unanswered to date. I am out $300, my son still has no Christmas present, and there is a boxed scooter waiting at my house to be shipped back if GoTrax ever replies.

Got a scooter fir Christmas, it stopped working 5 months later and Gitrax replaced the whole scooter for free....shipping included. Can't beat that!!!

Sidereal has been so helpful. My son has had this scooter for almost 2 years and rides it all the time. The motor was worn out, and sidereal helped diagnose the issue immediately. I purchased a new motor, and unfortunately the wires on it broke within a few weeks. Sidereal immediately sent us a new motor at no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Disappointed that we had an issue with our new scooter after only a week. However, the customer support has been great, especially Kayla. She a new part shipped out ASAP and we were able to quickly make the repair.

I bought two scooters. One for me and one for my 7 year old son. He loves it. For my scooter no idea love it. For his vibe, got an E code a week after we got it. Sent it back and got a new one. Not issues since. Great customer service overall, but reverse logistics is still working out the bugs as it’s a new company. Overall great product and service!
