My tires got no air the first ride

Poorly made, bad customer service. I have had the bike less than 3 months and have already had several issues. The brakes began to fail, the pedals both cracked and had to be replaced, and the charger stopped working. Ordered a replacement charger from Go Trax 2 weeks ago and have not even recieved shipping information yet, have tried to call customer service and get put on hold until a reocrded message tells me no one can accept my call. Don’t buy this bike.

I like the bike it just what I needed for my commute and its light weight

It says it goes 20 but with adjusted settings it goes 33

I enjoy the bike very much for a first time e bike and it’s very convenient haven’t run into any issues with it my only dislike about the bike is the location of the battery ignition but other than that everything is as smooth as can be :)

Received my bike and really satisfied with it so far.

if you got this you would have the time of your life and you could take it any where because it fold small

I bought the z4 lite in october 2024 for my son to get to work. he's had 3 flat tires since then. he rides on fairly smooth roads to work. it's not that the tubes are expensive because they aren't. it's the time it takes to install another one. i really wish i would've chosen another kind of bike.

The bike itself is wonderful, once you get it assembled. The instructions were so unclear that I had to look up reviews and find answers as to why I was missing a bolt to the front tire. I finally found one that said it was inside the plastic piece that was originally on the tire, to protect the disc brakes. I would’ve ended up calling the company and asking for a replacement part if I didn’t find this information online. The photos and descriptions on the instructions were awful and shipping was terribly slow!

The Z4 Lite's bright LED headlights are a godsend.Improves visibility in low-light conditions and makes your commute safer.Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a reliable and safe vehicle.

The Z4 Lite was easy to use.The pedal assist and throttle weren't scary even for a beginner.

The black Z4 is stylish,but it would be nice to have more customization options.

I ordered the flv2 20inch i was going to get full size but to large, so i love the bike ive not had a bile in over 20yrs n this is a wonderful thought out bike:)! I do love the front n rear lights/ i hurt my arm and i wish i could get the throttle instslled on the bike -- on the left side instead of the rite? Mot sure ypu do custom wk- the bike frame had minor damage! But its sll togethee right bike for me- im a short person and need a smaller frame its ben a great new epieramce- thank you so much for gibvin me a new reason to smile and turn heads:) jzero

The battery charges fairly quickly and is more than enough for my daily commute,but could be better for longer drives.

This is my second purchase from GOTRAX and they have exceeded my expectations.The Z4 Lite improves on an already great design with a 350W motor and a foldable frame.I will continue to use GOTRAX!

Bought this e-bike for my dad who is in his 60s and loves to ride his bike for short distances.My dad is ecstatic.The speed limit is safe,and the pedal assist is very helpful for my dad.

I love everything about this e-bike.My only complaint is the lack of color options.The aesthetic issues are minor.Functionality is perfect.

Love the bike as a first time Rider

After doing much research on ebikes, I finally made the decision to purchase the Go Trax Z4. The bike came in a box with assembly instructions that were easy to follow. It took me about 25 minutes to be up and running. The only thing I added was a handlebar mirror. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of power the different speeds offered. Charging the battery was simple, and with my usage, I was able to get about four days between charges. The bike is very comfortable and easy to ride. I purchased the bike almost one year ago. With that, I had one minor equipment issue. I contacted the company and received an immediate response. The customer service representative was great at addressing my problem. They sent a replacement part immediately as well as the support to install that part. I give this bike a 5-star rating. I will give the company’s customer support a 10-star rating for their responsiveness!

Delivery was faster than expected.

From city streets to gravel roads,the Z4 will not disappoint.And thanks to its wide and durable tires,weather conditions are rarely a problem.This is a truly versatile vehicle.

This is an average electric bike.There is nothing particularly noteworthy about it.The motor and battery are great,but I think the ride quality could be better.I think it would be better if they added padding to the seat.
