GOTRAX will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from GOTRAX.com within the last 30 days. Return items purchased through an authorized dealer (whether in store or through an online marketplace) to the point of purchase.
To return an item from GOTRAX.com, please see our Return Guidelines below for step-by-step instructions that will ensure proper processing.
Failure to follow our return guidelines and instructions may result in a delay that could affect your eligibility to receive a refund.
Once your return is received, GOTRAX will issue a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax) to the credit card charged for the original purchase of the item(s). This credit excludes outbound shipping costs.
Unless the return is the result of a GOTRAX error, the cost of returning item(s) is the responsibility of the customers.
We accept all returns of new, unused items ordered from GOTRAX.com in the last 30 calendar days.
All items must be returned in their original GOTRAX packaging.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt.
Please allow us at least two weeks for processing once we have received the returned item(s).
Step 1: Please go to GOTRAX.com/support/returns to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
You will need the following to complete your RMA:
1. Proof of purchase
2. Photo of product
3. Original Packaging
Step 2: Securely pack ALL item(s) in the original packaging. Make sure to include all Commander’s Manuals, Quick Launch Galaxy Guides, power adapter/charging units, and all original parts and accessories.
Step 3: Include the proof of purchase.
Step 4: Attach the packing slip with the RMA number and product serial number to the outside of the box. The packing slip should have been emailed to you after the creation of your RMA. If you did not receive an email with your packing slip, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 5: Label the package clearly to the following address:

Step 6: Ship the package from your nearest post office or the carrier of your choice. Please ensure the package is shipped with the appropriate postage amount. GOTRAX recommends choosing a shipment method that allows you to track your package.
