GOTRAX Doubles Warranty Period Starting July 20, 2021
Starting for Orders on or after July 20, 2021, GOTRAX will be extending the limited warranty offer on products from 90 to 180 days. This extension will allow customers to double the time period in which they can submit warranty claims on any product purchased from www.gotrax.com
As GOTRAX Progresses with better and better products, we want to ensure our customers that we stand by them.
Additionally GOTRAX Offers 2 and 3 Year extended warranty for a minimal additional cost.
The limited warranty will still require the following to qualify:
- You must present a copy of the sales receipt from an approved retail partner within 180 days of purchase or Order# from GOTRAX.com
- The product cannot be used for rental or commercial use.
- The product cannot be used for competition
- You must file 1 warranty claim per product
