Here at GOTRAX, we believe in the quality of our products, which is why we want our riders to be able to shop in confidence. Our 14-day return policy allows riders to obtain a refund on rides that aren’t quite a perfect fit, but in order to do so, you’ll need to follow our return process. To help you successfully complete a return, we will be going over the steps to begin the return process for GOTRAX.com orders.

First, it’s important to make sure that the item you are returning was purchased from GOTRAX.com. If you ordered from a separate marketplace or retailer, such as Amazon or Walmart, you will need to follow the returns process of the retailer you purchased your product from.

For items purchased from GOTRAX.com, to begin the return process, you will need to fill out a warranty claim form. You can do so by clicking this link

When filling out the warranty form, make sure to fill out all of the requested information and provide your order number in the message box. Once your claim has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you to continue the returns process.

For customers who wish to request a return, please keep in mind that return shipping will be your responsibility. You have 14 days following the receipt of your item to request a return, and 30 days to ship the item back to us once your return has been approved. If returning a used item, the item must be lightly used (less than 20 miles on the odometer), and your return will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. For all returns, a refund will be issued once we receive your item and have verified its condition. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to process.
