I wish it had a a way to hook around the handle bars as well so it doesn’t slide down when hitting bumps.

I have unfortunately had a lot of issues with the tires going flat, and unable to re-inflate. Just from riding on city streets. However, after contacting customer service, they have sent me new tires every time. Kayla was very helpful, and took a very frustrating problem, into a delightful solution.

Kayla was able to diagnose our problem and send us a new one. Now the scooter works great again. We were grateful for her help.
