I kept getting an error code on the console, so I contacted GoTrax Support. Honey has been very helpful with the whole process. I was sent a replacement part and the part works fine. 100% customer satisfaction. I really appreciate people and businesses that have great Service after the sale.
Lydia was the best at helping us diagnose and fix the scooter. Go trax had to send replacement handlebar because of a brake failure. Thankful they took the time to help us get it working again since we haven’t had it a year.
Had the scooter for a few days and a battery issue happened. Honey from customer service took care of the issue and a new battery arrive within 2 days! Best customer service I have ever had. She stayed in contact with me the entire time.
Scooter stopped working for unknown reason. Contacted company and they were very helpful and even sent a replacement console that got the scooter working again!!
