She assisted with troubleshooting the issue and moved quickly to get us the part we needed in order to get our electric scooter back up and running. I kept getting an error code on the console, so I contacted GoTrax Support. Honey has been very helpful with the whole process. I was sent a replacement part and the part works fine. 100% customer satisfaction. I really appreciate people and businesses that have great Service after the sale.
Lydia was the best at helping us diagnose and fix the scooter. Go trax had to send replacement handlebar because of a brake failure. Thankful they took the time to help us get it working again since we haven’t had it a year.
