Best customer service and great product!

When we received our scooter it didn’t include the screws and wrench to complete the setup. We contacted the customer service department and were received respectfully and we were ensured that GoTrax would take care of all of our issues. After finding out that they didn’t have the replacement parts, the amazing customer service rep shipped us out a brand new scooter just in time for our 2 year olds birthday! He is so happy with his new scooter as he can now ride it with his older brother when we go on walks! Thank you for the amazing product and the amazing customer service that your company has offered a family that was trying to give a birthday gift to their son!
