Scooter problem fixed

Unfortunately, Our scooters fell apart after 11 months of usage, for reference I have a 3&6 year old. They really love the scooters so I decided to check out their warranty and we were lucky enough to fall within the warranty time frame to receive two brand new scooters. Lydia, was very helpful and addressed the problem right away and we received the scooters shorty after. The kids are so excited to ride again, since we had to discard of the original ones.

You get what you pay for.

Did not come with the required metal peg to adjust the stem. Looks like it was supposed to be pre installed inside the clamp. It's for a birthday present next week. Pretty pissed.
