The battery was so easy to install and my granddaughter is tickled to be riding the scooter again!!
Hooked right up, charged quickly, is holding the charge as expected.
The battery came timely and without any issues. Unfortunately, after installing the scooter still does not work. So I spent over $100 for nothing.
So far, it works perfectly. But it arrived with silver scratches outside. Looks used

Is was like pulling teeth to get them to ship the battery I ordered. After I contacted them twice, and more than a month went by it finally shipped. No clue what caused the delay.
Easy to replace the old battery plugs into the bottom
Took awhile to come in, but it finally did. Im pleased
It lasted for 1 charge and now won't take a charge at all.
