Let down

Say not a good reviewof service got bike Christmas last year and contac you all then to get new extra battery for to get are im going at the time so new that you had mo ne even in your stock bike sold at Kohl's charger out not working so I had to buy one and I was not sure so I ordered 2 and a battery because no help on warranty receipts needed such a terrible service department no care for customer

Gotrax sent me a $20 part that goes on the EBike to hold the Battery on. My $258.55 dollar battery was not shipped. I contacted Gotrax Six times and I have not heard back on how they want to proceed and it’s now been 10 days! I would not recommend doing business with Gotrax.
