We purchased this bike in December 2024. Love it. Had a little issue in December 2025! Chain came off and wasn’t sure why or how to get it unstuck from axil. Customer service was emailed and Kayla got right on the issue. Sent a detailed video on how to adjust the back wheel. Complete success and all is good. She followed up to even make sure all was good. Highly recommended company and their electric bikes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Suitable for daily use or recreational riding. It has a top speed of 20 mph—not excessively fast—and the bike has a substantial feel to it. Overall, the quality is excellent.
I really like the bike. It was bery high quality. The bike goes 20 mph down hill and on flat ground with the pedal assist being verry good. The battry life is also very good being ablr to ride around for hours.
Good bike, clean design and much more, a bit big for me, but thats on my part, overall good bike, good motor, and overall a good entry level budget bike.

I’ve been riding the GoTrax Accord for a few weeks now and honestly, it’s been such a solid bike. It’s smooth, quiet, and the pedal assist kicks in just right — not too strong, not too weak. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and charging it is super easy. It’s lightweight too, which makes moving it around a breeze. The brakes feel reliable and the screen shows everything I need.
The car moves smoothly and can make predictable turns even in the narrow bends of residential areas.
The levers feel solid and progressive, which helps with driving downhill into the city.
I put the basket on the bike rack, which makes it easy to bring back several days' worth of food.
This car seat is perfect for my usual 30-minute commute.
Being able to bypass traffic jams makes my city feel more convenient.
The gentle slope near my home is no longer a problem because the motor can maintain its speed.
Even after riding it many times, the frame and components did not feel loose at all.
