Minus the few scratches and the flat tire because of shipping the bike is amazin customer support has amazing response time they are amazing told them my problem instead of just sending me a inner tube they are sending me a complete wheel 10/10 definitely would buy again

Still waiting to ride …got broken ribs…but my son loves it!!

So the bike over all is good is fast huge tires, but I didn't get all the tools I had to go to a cyclist shop to help get the front tire on. And there seems to be white marks on the back tire (both sides) I wiped then down and the keep reappearing

Not as fast as claimed and came scratched out the box

Well it came within a week looks good everything looks to be good but was missing a front tire bolt so i can ride till i can find a replacement bolt

My son loves it. So far, we have no complaints at all. I want to give a special shout out to the CS department. A little mix-up on the ordering process, by me. But the helped to get everything straighten out right away and I still got it in plenty of time before Christmas. Thank you.

This was my first time using the Alpine on a variety of terrains and weather conditions,and it was a real all-rounder.From city streets to rough roads,it performed brilliantly.
