One of the most important pieces of an electric scooter. The battery is what makes our scooter's electric. It supplies power to your motor, console, and lights. The capacity or watt hours of the battery will determine the range of your electric scooter. We display the range on our scooters under ideal conditions. The Detachable version of your battery will have the underside of your electric scooter attached to it. The non-detachable version will just be the battery.

Misleading Information and terrible customer service

We had an issue with our 3 year old apex scooter. emailed with customer service the exact issues we were experiencing along with pictures and videos. we were told it was a battery issue and that buying a replacement battery would fix the problem. purchased the battery and got it replaced which was very difficult due to the company not providing any instructions on how to do this (had to find on youtube). after all this work to replace it, turns out the battery wasn't the problem after all. battery was never used and attempted to return but the company refused to take it back. we were completely mislead and now are stuck with an expensive battery that will most likely never get used. we've purchased several products from this company and are very frustrated we are being treated like this. i would be very careful buying this battery as they will not take it back. if your scooter dies, better to just buy another one and preferably not one from this crooked company.
