Issue resolved

Customer service was excellent. After providing my proof of purchase for warranty purposes, the order was processed quickly. The shipping of the part took quite a while (around a month).

we had an issue with the charging. Siderail, who is our customer service contact helped me through figuring out what it was. I was sent a replacement console and a video on how to change it. Awesome customer service

The console stopped working but as soon as I reached out to Gotrax they sent me a new one and were very helpful!

Scooter broke down

I would definitely recommend buying one of these scooters. The kids are always on them and love them. We did have an issue with one of the consoles not connecting with the scooter. I emailed Go Trax and almost immediately got a response. They were happy to replace the defective console with a new one. Since then we haven’t had any other issues.
