Repair for broken brake handle on GOTRAX Apex Max

I contacted customer support with GOTRAX about a broken brake handle (accident happened), and they replied within one day and explained plainly to me what they thought would fix the problem, while also making it clear that there were no returns on parts orders. I had the new console (this corrected my broken brake handle) within 4 days. I removed the old console and installed the new console in 5 minutes and my son was riding again and enjoying his scooter.
