Frustrating Experience with Replacement Parts

I was previously very happy with GOTRAX and the customer service I had received. Unfortunately, my recent experience has really disappointed me.

When I needed replacement fork covers for my scooter, I sent photos and was directed to the correct part. I assumed, reasonably, that the fork covers would include the reflectors — but there was no product image on the website, and no one told me the reflectors were sold separately. This resulted in an unnecessary delay and extra cost.

I reached out to customer service about this issue but never received a reply, which only added to the frustration. I hope GOTRAX improves its communication and product information to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
