Item is fine, but shipping is slow

The item is fine but the shipping process at gotrax is extremely slow. We ordered the part early Monday morning and we did not receive the item until the following Wednesday. Previously we had a warranty claim that was approved but it took over a month to get the charge replaced. It is disappointing because the kids don’t understand why they had to wait that long to ride their bike.
