My display screen broke 3 months ago. I went to purchase another one and it was out of stock. I put my name on the list and reached out to Gotrax 6 week later I never heard from them. So, I reached out again stating I was upset and they contacted me right away and sent me the part I needed. It arrived in the time frame they said it would and now my bike is back up and running. I enjoy my bike very much.
