EBE1 Electric Bike

I purchased the electric bike Gotrax ebe 1 and had some battery issue but have been assisted with it by Kayla with a great updating communication throughout I really appreciated her helpful assistance throughout the experiences at the end I was a satisfied customer. I can't pedal or turn the wheels. When I received the item, the crankset was bent.

The bike feels poorly put together, I had to get a brand new tire because the tires sent to me were damaged and the battery is defective.

Great foldable bike! It has its flaws uncomfortable seat front fender doesn't extend far out enough and allows debris to fling up into my face on the road. Very annoying.

Works and can go up hills around my neighborhood. I go to and from work its about 5.5 miles some up hill i get to work while the 3rd battery light blinks and ride home it has 1 bar battery left. I use full throtle both ways. No peddling just coasting

Ive been pleasantly surprised so far with this bike. I had a larger ebike a few years ago that ended up being unable to perform as advertised and it left me with no expectation of this bike living up to advertised specifications. I have used this bike for a handful of rides around 8 +/- miles using mostly throttle with pedal on inclines and its been a really solid bike so far. I weigh around 230 and it had enough power to do the 15/20 mph advertised as long as I pedal assist up hills. I usually have about 50% battery remaining after the 8 miles. It usually takes about 3 hours to charge from that point. The light on the front is actually alot brighter than expected.

These bikes are great but I am a little disappointed with the lack of variety in colors and styles.It's all there but I wish it came in more color options.

I found the bike to be OK,nothing particularly impressive or disappointing.It's a mid-range bike in terms of price and performance.

You can ride even in the rain.I've used it in the park and around town,and it works smoothly on any terrain.It's very easy to use in a variety of environments.

I had high expectations for quality and this e-bike met my expectations.

It's easy to use this e-bike.It's clear that GOTRAX put a lot of emphasis on practicality.The throttle,and digital display are all located on the handlebars for easy access.Riding has been a dream.

As my first e-bike,the GOTRAX EBE1 is fantastic.I highly recommend it to anyone riding an e-bike for the first time.

It would be nice if you could change the color and the look,but even the default design is pretty complicated.

I have tried various electric bikes so far.This bike is better than the others in terms of efficiency,comfort and price.I will continue to use GOTRAX in the future!

I live on a rainy environment and was told not to much moisture but she has never let me down I did put a thin gasket for the battery and some silicone for the motor and not a problem love this bike
