The capacity or watt hours of the battery will determine the range of your electric scooter. We display the range on our scooters under ideal conditions. The Detachable version of your battery will have the underside of your electric scooter attached to it. The non-detachable version will just be the battery.

I’m going to give GoTrax 5 stars because they HONOR their WARRANTY. We have 2 eclipse scooters and have had a few issues and Gotrax sent the required parts without a hassle. Now, that said, they need to expand the customer service department because they are hard to get ahold of and that alone delayed our scooter replacement parts by about two weeks.
