Wonderful Bike

Lovely bike that is just great for riding around the neighbourhood on easy strolls. Pedal assist is a live saver especially after a long day on my feet.

don't  buy this bike is horrible   they sent me the broken bike the fork of the front wheel  is bend it  and they telling me the customer service to fix it with my own money brand new bike  this is the worst company

We purchased two Emerge Electric Bikes. Both bikes arrived damaged and the batteries cannot be removed from the bikes. Go Trax has been unable to resolve the problem and actually recommended that we break the current battery locks in an attempt to remove the batteries. No one should have to repair new merchandise. Customer service is nonexistent and two weeks after receiving the bikes we are still unable to use them.

Really enjoy how this bike rides

This is such a fun riding experience. I've never owned an ebike before this one and its like riding a bike for the first time again. Just going fast on the pedals or throttle only is a blast.

Not a fan of the color

Thought the teal would be alright but it is not the same. Wanted a more ocean color than teal or a darker teal I guess. Still a fun bike.

Range leaves one wanting

I just want a bigger battery. Love this bike but give me an upgraded option to swap in a bigger battery.

I bought two emerging bikes and they have been running good but after a few days the battery starts to run out fast after like a mile I have lost 2 dots already and I don't ride on hills and the tires they are the worst I already popped one there is no hole it is just the sides the are out of place this just show the bike is just meant for a few days

Brakes Need some Work

The brakes are fine but really squeaky. Take some time to adjust them before you ride and you should be fine just wish mine worked oob
