The display went out on my e-bike and I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. they were very easy to work with.

The display went out on our bike, it will only run on slowest speed now and part has been out of stock for over 9mths! I check it daily. Very upsetting as the kids loved their bike before now it hardly gets used. Called customer service no help at all, just Im sorry
