Love this bike, it's perfect for a petite woman, not too heavy and not too large. Has great power when I need a little help up hills and tough terrain, perfect for Bikejoring with my two dogs

Too expensive

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GOTRAX. The customer service has been the worst I have ever dealt with.

I have repeatedly reached out regarding an issue with my bike, yet I still have not received any meaningful updates or resolution. Communication has been poor, responses have been delayed or unhelpful, and I have been left wondering what is happening with my order.

When you spend your hard earned money on a product, you expect the company to stand behind it and keep you informed. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with GOTRAX.

I sincerely hope they improve their customer support and communication because no customer should have to chase down basic updates. At this point, I cannot recommend GOTRAX based on my experience.

I love my Gotrax F3V2. I wouldn't have think about doing 20 km to go to work everyday before having this bike. I had a small problem with it and got help from Kayla at the customer service. She was very helpful and solve my problem in only a few days. Thank Kayla.

bike is fine so far, but Gotrax customer service and shipping departures are pretty much a 1 star

Works great. Only issue it was scratched up a bit. Maybe a plus as I didn't have to suffer the first one.

the light is terrible and motor is extremely loud. the seat is uncomfortable, the folding design is nice but that's about it.the seafoam green color is misleading it's a baby blue.

We purchased one of the reg e-bikes for my grandson, I loved it so much so we went with Gotrax & I fell in L❤️VE with this F3 v2!
I love trails so I wanted the fat tire for extra comfort & I am not disappointed!!
Now my grandsons want MINE 😂
The green is more of a gunmetal bluish color but I love it even more!
My ex tried mine out & ordered his own to take w him in his semi for road trips, he’s THRILLED he got one too!
It’s a little heavy for me but I’ll work out & get stronger, it fits in the trunk of my Nissan Altima just enough!
Now we are going to be taking family trail rides together w our Gotrax e-bikes!
Making the payments made it easier on my pocketbook too!

Both bikes I have received are trash bikes. I thought getting the expensive one was better. Nope … both malfunctioned. When talking to customer service it takes weeks // months to get a new bike. Or find a FedEx and the bike boxes and tools to break down for it to fit. And FedEx people are not nice and it is hard to find 50$ bike boxes when you already spent 1k on a bike. I want my money back I do not recommend these bikes. I sent multiple videos to the company of the screen not working or the wires not being protected and getting caught up in gears and splicing and now error codes. The bike is not water proof so I hear any puddle can cause malfunction. The bike sucks

My overall shopping experience with GOTRAX was very disappointing.Slow delivery and slow customer service response.The bike was nice but the service was disappointing.

This is my first e-bike and I can't stress enough how easy it is to get started.All the utilities are self-explanatory.The folding function is a breeze too!

After using my own F3 for a few weeks,We are both very happy with its performance and think it is a great value.
