The part itself is fine but not necessarily what I needed. I sent a picture of the damaged area and explained I needed the derailleur hanger. The support person could not help with that so had to ask his supervisor. He came back with the derailleur was what I needed and I questioned that. I specifically asked if the derailleur included the hanger. He said he would have to ask his supervisor again. He came back with the derailleur is what I need and all parts needed should be there. So I ordered and it did not include the hanger I specifically said I needed. I asked for assistance in finding that part since it isn’t readily available on your parts listing. I was sent a link to various hangers and am now getting assistance from a bike shop in ordering the right hanger. A couple months in the process now and still don’t have my bike repaired. I am sure the part I received is good but customer support could sure use an upgrade.
