BBB rates GOTRAX an F!!! Do not buy this bike! To start, It’s the most expensive in the F series and has the least. No lights, no storage rack, nothing that the other bikes come with. You’re paying for a color scheme. Not to mention the Customer Service is non existent. All issues are done through email with up to 48hrs before reply. Back and forth communication takes days if not weeks. Their policy is you can’t talk to warranty department or manager on the phone.

Why don't this ebike have lights front and rear and is there and after market kit available

Excellent bike and they have amazing customer support if you encounter any issues.

Very easy assembly. Appears very well made. Operation instructions a bit vague - but maybe it's because it is so easy to operate. Only issue was a cable tie/ throttle cable that rubbed the rear wheel - easily fixed by rearranging the cable and tie. Mounting of after-market headlight and taillight was a bit of a challenge - but ultimately made it work.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it ain’t had no throttle he just had to thumb push But everything else was wonderful 

Absolutely love the bike. Very well built, sturdy, and fast. A little bit heavier than expected but that just takes a little getting used to. Would definitely recommend!

Fat tires are underrated. They just make every ride incredibly smooth and easy. Solid first e-bike with a straight-forward display.

We absolutely love our bikes. I had conducted months of research before buying and I’m so glad we have this bike. It is absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend. Also it comes already put together all I had to do was a few minor things like put on the pedals and I was rolling!! Love it!!!

I absolutely love this e-bike. I usually bike a cannondale road bike, and this couldn’t be more different…and in the best way. It’s enjoyable and I have the best time with it. I attach my topeak accessories to this bike so I gave a basket or saddle bags. I can also easily attach my headlight to the handlebar. 100% recommend this bike.

I bought this in early August 2023 and am very pleased! The battery life has been exceptional, I love the “fat” wide tires and the handling has been wonderful. Easy to fold and expand. Bike is heavy with the big battery and the solid frame. Smooth gear shifting and responsive braking. The only mild complaint was the seat is a little hard for my taste. But, I added a gel seat cushion and no issue.

I’ve had this bike for 3 weeks, and I’ve done 165 miles so far. Loved every second of it, the motor is really peppy and does great on hills. If you unlock it it’ll do 25mph on PA5. The range they advertise is accurate. On PA3 I’ve done about 25 miles and used like 2/3 of the battery. I always seem to finish riding with more battery left than needed. All that being said, this is not a commuter bike. If you want a bike to rip around on, this one is great. However, no mud guards on the tires, no rack, and a pretty bad stock seat. For the “luxury” model, these things should be included or at least an additional add on. I give this thing 5/5 as a TOY, not as a vehicle to commute on. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d look elsewhere. If you want something fun to ride on greenways and gravel trails on the weekends, this thing won’t let you down. No mechanical issues so far, so I can’t comment on how good the warranty or customer service is. Great bike for the price, hope to get many more miles on it!

Really a wonderful ride. Larger tires really help absorb any of the shock or bumps you may feel along the way.

I got this bike about a month ago and have about 70 miles so far on it and have loved every mile of it . Bike is super well made and gets up and goes real fast . I pull youngest with it and it don’t change how it moves what so ever! Definitely worth the money every bit

I think it’s a nice bike a little heavy but that’s the way it’s built. Very sturdy but need to get using into while riding. I did find the handle bars was calibrated straight meaning it’s not properly lined up when you tighten the clip but it’s bearable as it does not affect the steering.

I wish it would have come with a headlight and a backlight as other e-bikes in the same price range comes with one.

I do recommend it to others who is looking for their first e-bikes.

For those looking to get some impressive range, fat tires, front wheel suspnesion and more this is the e-bike for them. Great for camping trips to since it can fold. Great ebike all around.

Easy setup and instructions. Rides smooth and feels very sturdy. Handle bar was slightly off center, but was easily adjustable. I’ve had it for about a week now and loving it.

I am returning the E bike to Gotrax. Was delivered with a bad motor. There's solution was to send me a new motor and let me install it. Totally unacceptable, horrible customer service

I bought this bike 3 weeks ago and I do love the bike. I wish I had other color options to choose from for the cost but my only major down fall is that it does not have a headlight. If my scooter has a headlight and was half the cost, why wouldn’t my bike get one as well? I didn’t realize how much I end up using it until it wasn’t an option.

Just a fun incredible smooth ride. The fat tires and the front suspension makes any bumps feel like nothing. Love the pedal assist and removable battery too. Charging is convenient and easy since I don't have to lug the whole bike around, I can pop the battery out and bring it inside.
