Terrible Customer Servive

I called and gave them my serial number and they gave me the part number. I ordered it and the part was wrong the wires were all backwards. I have call 4 times to talk to someone and every time you can not hear the CSR it sounds like they are at a party. When I finally get someone they tell me they can not help me but they can email me and I can put in a warranty claim. Then she disconnects before we can do it. I call back 5th time and no one answers. Also was told the warranty can take up to a month. This is terrible customer service stay away from Go Trax. I will be putting this into the BNB and goggle ratings as well
