Flex Electric Scooter with Seat

Not a very strong scooter. It couldnt pull the hill at Howard University, which isn’t super steep. Not only that but I reached out to customer service a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. Overall, I’m unimpressed with the product and services.

I felt really good about ordering this one considering it’s a Texas based company. Product shipped from California and manufactured in Vietnam and China.
Box arrived 10 days late and was totally destroyed. It’s been a week since I reached out to their customer service, providing photos and asking for help, with zero response. Disappointing at best.

Mt son absolutely loves his scooter as well as the other kids.

We bought the regular Flexes for our kids on the Christmas of 2023. Christmas 2025 has come and gone and the kids still ride these things almost daily. The batteries don't last as long as they used to, and changing a flat tire is a huge PITA, but for the price, you really can't ask for a better present. I also built a cushioned seat that fits in the basket so my kids can haul friends around (still under 200 lbs with 2 of them riding) the neighborhood and to the park. My wife and I will also take them around to friends and have fun riding them around. I'm 220 lbs and they do fine with me in our flat coastal town, but if I were to purchase one for myself, I'd definitely upgrade to the 500 watt version, especially if I lived somewhere with hills.

Bought it a year ago, rides amazing! I never received the second **** for the part with the handle bars, but even then it still rode fine.

I can easily go across town and back at full speed (20 mph). Whips around nicely. I'm ~235 lbs and it is so much fun to ride around on. Best sub $1000 purchase ever

It's been a little over a year and this is one of the best purchases I've ever made in 40+ yrs of life. Works like a dream. Comfortable. Helpful getting me around. Long battery life. Great features. I've only had 2 minor issues during my time and the customer service has been nothing less than exceptional. Very knowledgeable and made any interaction timely and very easy. The team members are extremely pleasant and ready to assist. This company has brought me assurance that it stands by its products and appreciates their customers. They've really built a great product and hope they continue to grow. I recommend this product 1000%. It's worth every penny and you'll always have a good back up team to help throughout!
