A few minor things i dislike but overall i really love it. I love the cruise and how quick it gets to speed. It goes just fast enough for me i leave it on economy at 15 mph.

Airless tires are sensitive and the brakes are hard to pull sometimes. Nice to have for a commute. Very little complaints

Our grandson was so excited to get this for his birthday!!! Thank you so much. It was easy to assemble.

Scuffing on tires, seemed used, and partially assembeled despite paid full price for a new scooter.

This is our second GoTrax we bought for our young adult son who can't drive due to Autism. The scooter gives him much-needed independence so he can navigate the community on his own. He can easily carry the scooter up 2 flights of stairs to his apartment and can fold it up into our car. Only product improvement would be a better locking device- he puts a cable lock in between the small spokes in the back wheel and adheres that to a lamp pole or bike stand. Great ride, durable, and light weight- perfect for anyone who doesn't drive.

Use this for my mile commute to work. Does the speed advertised. Going to upgrade to a faster scooter in the future with this company because I'm having so much fun with this one

My son loves this scooter. He just wants to get home from school to ride this every day. It has a back suspension, which makes a smooth ride

I use this scooter to commute to work (4 mile round trip) and it’s so nice, not too much power to scare you and perfect to get you from point A to point B. Highly recommend, especially for those who were a bit hesitant or scared like I was at first. This has been the perfect starter scooter.

It's a pretty decent scooter for around the neighborhoods and park areas. Only downside really is it's front wheel drive, and going uphill is not that great! For a first-time buyer, it's worth trying and then can upgrade down the line. Good product overall

Bought the scooter for my daughter and she loved it. After a few days we had trouble with throttle causing and E2 on display. I reported the issue and a new console was sent, no questions asked. Very pleased with customer service until the replacement console arrived and the headlight didn’t work. When I wrote customer service about the issue, they wouldn’t replace the replacement console. Offered to discount my purchase, if I bought another one. So I have one with a working light, broken throttle and one with working throttle, broken light. Will eventually take it apart and fix it myself, but a little disappointed in final communication with customer service. I’m sure it’s no one persons fault, but can’t give 5 stars based on experience.

The scooter was awesome for the first 3 days. On the fourth day the brake handle broke off while riding it. I understand that sometimes things happen. GoTrax got me a new piece out to fix it within 6 hours of speaking with the customer service team. Thats the only issue ive had so far and they made it right.

My wife and I had been looking for scooters of good quality and for us reasonably priced.
Well. Well. I happened to see and have a conversation with someone who was on a Fusion Electric Scooter. The gentleman gave me the information needed,GOTRAX, and the rest is history.
Absolutely enjoy them, lol, both of them.

Love riding this scooter! It has a hard time sometimes with the hills in my college town so i have to push a bit to get up them.

We have only had one issue but the scooter rides great. My daughter has enjoyed it so much better than the previous scooter we purchased and returned.

Our only issue is the cell phone holder we purchased from GoTrax does not fit the handle bars anywhere. I can not get the piece tightened.
