G2 console was shipped and received in a timely manner, package was received in perfect condition, and the console fixed my problem and worked as expected. Great job to the GoTrax team!

Our scooter which is 2 years old starting poppoing an error code. We looked online to find out on the GoTrax website what the error meant. The new console was affordable. However, we are unsure about how many hours to charge the scooter before riding. So far our little family has bought a total of 3 Gotrax scooters. I use the big one (charging issues), and our kiddos use the one that has skate wheels on it similar to inline. My scooter has all terrain wheels and we love it!! Just got back from scootering today!!

The replacement Gotrax console worked perfectly after the original stopped working. Hopefully another replacement will not be necessary. So far so good

Hey I couldn’t believe it I found that scooter in a mini warehouse. Family owns about 600 of them and I ordered a new console installed it and gave it to one of my best friends that works at Volkswagen . Somedays they have to park ah probably 1/4 to 1/2 mile away and now he can pull his scooter out and just ride it up to the front door. Thank you

I ordered the entire handle bar replacement, it arrived quickly. I installed it in less than three minutes. Scooter works great!

Fun, basic scooter. kids love it.

After a few short months, the unit wouldn't charge. We called GoTrax who asked for some pictures and proof of the problem. And then they sent us a whole brand new handlebar console for free. The new one worked perfectly. They also sent a return label to send back the old console.
