The display exploded when I plugged it in. Very dangerous. Not happy. I will be contacting GoTrax.

The components on this bike is designed to work just for few months and then goes bad. The warranty doesn’t cover everything within 2 years time.

My scooter console was wasn't firing up. After testing the battery with a voltmeter to make sure it was holding a charge. I contact customer service about ordering a new console. I had to send a picture of the console sticker and customer service sent me a like to order the part. When the part arrived, I installed it, which wasn't very dificult, and the scooter fired up and ran like normal.

Got here quick, but initially, this was a super backorder item that required signing up on a waiting list that was estimated from 4-8 weeks. So I signed up and never heard back. Then my son let me know that the part was showing as available on the Gotrax website, but I was never contacted from the wait list. Anyway, got the part and it fixed the issue. Just wish communication was better .
