I'm very pleased with this item. This is my second motor I've ordered. This way I have a spare tire change upon a flat, were I won't have to tear the tire down immediately. Thank you for the great scooter and service, also responding to my emails.
Sent me wrong part, initially. I emailed their customer service and they sent me the whole wheel with no charge. Email is the best way to communicate.
