Sent me wrong part, initially. I emailed their customer service and they sent me the whole wheel with no charge. Email is the best way to communicate.

My mottor broke

My mottor broke with water and is stop working becaus it ws on the rain went they delivered it and the package came all wet

I called and emailed GoTeax about a flat rear tire on my month-old G4 Ultra scooter. The company was responsive in asking me to try some fixed and then sent me a new rear wheel replacement when those didn’t work and a video explanation to fix at home. It wasn’t as easy as the video showed but my daughter and I were able to remove and replace the tire through a little tool guesswork (the don’t specify what tools to use like wrench size etc and some muscle, harder to get on and off than shown. It took us about an hour and a half. The video showed about 15 min. But it was no cost to us and she is using her scooter about a week and a half after the flat. Thank you for the customer support and assistance.

I received the G4 Gotrax Electric Scooter as a college gift, and I love it. It is about a 3 minute commute across campus, it's also fun for going around town and to the local park.

About a semester and a half in, I had a problem with the rear motor assembly, and I reached out to Sidereal at Gotrax and my problem was solved in a matter of hours!
