Came damaged

Paid the money for the extra protection and the box came open from the bottom and the protective cover for the wires eas ripped and could see the wires inside

Works like it should brand new scooter now.

I use my GMAX G4 daily for work, the motor assembly replacement works well & was fairly easy to install. Ordering new part was easy online & delivery was practically overnight-much appreciated!

Easy install

I'm very pleased with this item. This is my second motor I've ordered. This way I have a spare tire change upon a flat, were I won't have to tear the tire down immediately. Thank you for the great scooter and service, also responding to my emails.

Sent me wrong part, initially. I emailed their customer service and they sent me the whole wheel with no charge. Email is the best way to communicate.

My mottor broke

My mottor broke with water and is stop working becaus it ws on the rain went they delivered it and the package came all wet

I called and emailed GoTeax about a flat rear tire on my month-old G4 Ultra scooter. The company was responsive in asking me to try some fixed and then sent me a new rear wheel replacement when those didn’t work and a video explanation to fix at home. It wasn’t as easy as the video showed but my daughter and I were able to remove and replace the tire through a little tool guesswork (the don’t specify what tools to use like wrench size etc and some muscle, harder to get on and off than shown. It took us about an hour and a half. The video showed about 15 min. But it was no cost to us and she is using her scooter about a week and a half after the flat. Thank you for the customer support and assistance.

I received the G4 Gotrax Electric Scooter as a college gift, and I love it. It is about a 3 minute commute across campus, it's also fun for going around town and to the local park.

About a semester and a half in, I had a problem with the rear motor assembly, and I reached out to Sidereal at Gotrax and my problem was solved in a matter of hours!

My motor broke and the sent me another one very quickly.

Took forever but it finally came

It is the best scooter from all small compact scooter with such a long range battery. I love it. I’ve been used it for over three years and it’s still working. I arrive it almost every day. I just bought another one because I love it so much so now I never ran out of battery when one is charging. I’m using the other one. I love it for the city, it’s not so dangerous because it doesn’t go more than 20 miles I tried to ride it in the city on the 15 MPH for safety i’m still waiting for a better scooter of this with all those features, but I still didn’t find such a small scooter with long lasting battery and small comeback design thank you Gotrax you guys are the best and good Tech Support for all my needed parts thanks again
